Nine weeks of lessons to be emailed to you on a weekly basis with accompanying exercises for independent study, practice and journaling.

Two 30-minute teleconferences (recommended that these be taken after the third and sixth week lessons). Should you desire further mentoring teleconferences during this course, these may be arranged at an additional cost of $25 US per half hour.
